Die Gleichspannungs-/Niederfrequenz-Operationsverstärker (NF-OPs) der MCP604x-Serie von Microchip sind Rail-To-Rail Verstärker, die sich mit geringsten Versorgungsspannungen von 1,4 V und einer typischen Stromaufnahme von weniger als 600 nA für die Verstärkung niederfrequenter Signale in Low-Power-Anwendungen eignen. Die MCP640X-Serie lösen somit auch bei extremen Temperaturen problemlos alle Aufgaben, in denen herkömmliche OPs den Strombedarf der Gesamtschaltung empfindlich belasten. Die Operationsverstärker sind als Ein-, Zwei- und Vierkanal-Version, mit und ohne Chip-Select-Anschluss verfügbar. Als Besonderheit dieser Serie sticht der MCP6401 im nur 2,8 mm x 2,9 mm kleinen SOT-23 Gehäuse heraus. Dieser OP mit nur 5 Kontakten kann leicht in Anwendungen eingesetzt werden, in denen geringer Platzbedarf und niedriger Stromverbrauch grundlegende Anforderungen sind. Einsatzgebiete:
