The new universal RFID read / write module Elatec supports all common RFID standards for the frequency ranges 125 and 134.2 kHz as well as the 13.56 MHz band including NFC. The latter, in combination with Bluetooth Low Energy, enables the use of iPhones and Android smartphones for identification and wallet solutions. On request, additional interfaces such as CAN bus and OSDP / RS485 can be implemented for industrial applications.
