RMA requests

Before you send an article back to us because of a complaint or repair or fine-tuning (e.g. for calibration), it is necessary to request an RMA number. Please enclose this number with the article - without an RMA number, processing is not possible.

Here you can download the appropriate form to request the RMA number.

Trial Installation Agreement

We are happy to provide you with our products for a non-binding test. We have a form available for this purpose, on which all the necessary data is recorded.

This form is a contract which requires a handwritten signature including company stamp to be legally binding. For this reason we ask you to let us have the completed form.
