DVI Extender

Digital Visual Interface

DVI is an interface for the transmission of analog and digital image signals. The VGA interface for analog signals is also used for flat screens.

The special feature of DVI is the transmission of digital signals and the resulting better picture quality. The advantage is that the digital image signals from the graphics card do not have to be converted into analog image signals, but are transferred directly to the digitally operating flat screen without any loss of quality.
