Large DIPIPM Ver. 4 for Photovoltaic Application
The Large DIPIPM module features Mitsubishi’s 5th generation fast Full-Gate CSTBT™ technology, offering enhanced switching performance and efficiency. Rated at 50 A and 600 V, it is designed for demanding power conversion applications. A high-performance driver IC is integrated to support high-frequency switching, ensuring optimal control and reduced switching losses. To further improve overall system efficiency, the module includes an optional IGBT/FWDi channel. Thermal management is enhanced through the use of an innovative insulation material, which significantly reduces thermal resistance and contributes to improved reliability and longevity. The module is designed for single-phase DC/AC conversion, making it suitable for a range of industrial and motor drive applications. For added safety, it includes built-in under-voltage protection on the control voltage supply, preventing malfunction under abnormal power conditions.
