High performance data coupler
With these edge-triggered isolators, the coupler reacts to the rising and falling edge of the input signal. Those isolators are thus particularly fast with a data rate of up to 150 MBit/s and only 300 ps delay, do not require carriers or clocking and are thus both particularly low in interference themselves and immune to interference from outside. The QSOP Evaluation Board allows testing of QSOP designs with particularly high baud density. It contains the following five QSOP data couplers:
- IL715-1E: 4-channel (all in the same direction)
- IL716-1E: 4-channel (2 in each direction)
- IL717-1E: 4-channel (3 out, 1 back)
- IL260-1E: channel (all in the same direction)
- IL261-1E: channel (4 out, 1 back)
Isolation resistance of 1 kV, 2.5 kV or optionally 6 kV with reinforced isolation
available in smallest MSOP, 16-pin QSOP, SOIC 0.15" "narrow body" or in 16-pin SOIC "wide body"; 50 kV/µs
