HY-LINE Holding sees itself as a service provider within the HY-LINE Group. Among other things, it takes over the areas of E&C, marketing communication, warehousing, IT services and accounting for the three operative individual companies in Germany and the AG in Switzerland.
E&C
For us, E&C (Environment and Compliance) stands for everything connected with legal requirements on products and, as a result, on our company. Our competent team is your contact for substance regulations, product safety, waste management, customs, export and hazardous goods, both nationally and internationally. In addition, our team is permanently represented in the corresponding competence teams of the FBDI, Fachverband Bauelemente Distribution e.V., and is in constructive exchange with regard to the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines in order to be always up to date.
Marketing Communication
This is where all the threads of strategic and operative aspects of marketing communication come together, the media presence on all channels such as print and online, press and public relations, the organisation of trade fairs and much more. The team is professionally supported by the product and marketing managers of the individual divisions.
Human Resources
Our employees are an essential success factor for our company. Our HR department takes care of all matters relating to our personnel. Careful selection of personnel therefore plays just as important a role as the support and continuous development of the existing workforce.
Warehouse
Individual solutions for logistics and supply chain management (SCM) are naturally part of our optimal distribution service. Together with you, we implement a tailor-made solution such as forecast management, min-max control or buffer storage. On request, value added services with special packaging options such as dry-packs and taping services are available.
