Die M.2 2242/2280 T351-Familie passt in jeden M.2 2242 bzw. 2280-Sockel in einem PC oder Motherboard; sie kann sowohl zum Booten als auch zu Speicherzwecken verwendet werden.
Die T351-Familie verwendet 3D-NAND-Flash-Speicher in SSD-Qualität vom branchenführenden Hersteller Toshiba. Die Firmware von Cervoz enthält einen leistungsstarken ECC-Algorithmus, die Low-Density Parity Check (LDPC)-Dekodierung, um die Datenzuverlässigkeit zu verbessern. Dieses Produkt umfasst verschiedene Kapazitäten zur Auswahl.
