The APIX2 technology integrated in the INAP375T transmitters and receivers provides high-speed differential data transmission over a single twisted-pair cable (STP). Based on current mode logic, the outputs can drive up to 12 meters of cable at 3Gbps and up to 40 meters at 500Mbps. The serial interface consists of the downstream link supporting bandwidths of 500Mbit/s, 1GBit/s or 3GBit/s with minimal radiation, and an optional upstream link supporting bandwidths of 62.5MBit/s or 187.5Mbit/s.
