Adapted driver to specific IGBT module
The Power Integrations Scale Plug & Play Drivers are specially tailored to IGBT modules from well-known manufacturers in the Econodual, Econopack, Primepack and IHM/IHV 130 package types in the voltage range from 0.6 to 6.5 kV.
They already contain short-circuit protection, voltage limiting, power supply monitoring and similar convenience functions and only need to be mounted onto the associated IGBT module. From 4.5 kV, the DC/DC converter is mounted separated, which ensures high dielectric strength.
